Just wanted to post a new question .I'm new , so please forgive me .I'd like to know how to begin to submit a question .What are the steps that I need to take . Guided steps please .

You did submit a question  . Where we are now is a question topic that you’ve created. 

When you create a topic (question type or regular), you give it a title then in the large editor area is where you detail the question or write out your topic.
