  1. Most of these go for everyone. I was waiting to read something unique lol.

As for me (other than the clean thing) I cant stand ANYTHING in my car that doesnt need to be there. Shirts, books, whatever. Nothing is in my cars. Its as if I moved out or have the car up for sale lol.

  2. lol Craig I love messing with you man.

Yeah yeah.. and when you go out to your car one day and find the hood missing, Ill be sure to tell you the same thing. :agreed:

Awww, you two are like brothers :bacon:

    He is my NEMESIS! :agreed:

    :bacon::lol2::lol2:

Damn. Did that GA come with the Quad4/MT factory?

Yes sir. Only motors that came in the 4th gen GrandAm was the 2.4 LD9 and the 3100.

  3. Hey Craig...

Since there's no motor in the 4th gen...

I have an awesome suggestion for you...

    Seriously....

OMGLOL DROP A SUPERCHARGED 3800 IN IT YO!!!!1!!!1!!!!

    YOULL GO SOOOOOOOO FAAAAAASSSSSSSTTTTT!!!!!!!!!1!1!1

Yeah........................................... keep your pants on.

I do miss driving the car, so much. See vid... yum!

  4. I will take it broken. infact i would rather it broken so i have a project. Seriously when you are ready to ditch it LMK...

Im doing my best to make that not happen. I have pics ready to post for progress, but Im waiting till it actually gets to a no turning back point. Or at least to the viewers.

Both cars look realy good. the GA needs a hood, hahahaha

Im going to find you........ and Im going to END YOU!!!!!! :D;)

  5. Well I looked at it. The part of the dash the LED light is built into, just pops out. But you have to be careful because this includes the "light sensor" which works your automatic headlights.

But yeah I was under the impression with an aftermarket alarm, you no longer use this light. And the manufactuer has the option of installing a new/different light somewhere on the car. The red light on the dash will only work with the factory system.

  6. I don't know if you guys can help, I don't see many Grand Prix's in my body style on here but hell, I want to figure this out lol

I am getting a Viper alarm and remote start. I was told that I can change the color of my security light indicator but what is the part number and where can I find different ones? Thanks.

I own the same model Grand Prix! :bacon:

What security light indicator? You mean the little red dot on the dash? Or the security light on the instrument cluster? And why do you want to change the color?

  7. yeah. he used to host a meet by the target in Mesa off of Longmore and Southern. He used to be the representative for Cars4Cancer but he has cancer himself and can't be out and about too much. he left me in charge to collect donations for him. the hotwheels guy is a retard. lol. he has another cruise in on friday nights at Gilbert and Baseline at the Hobby Lobby. Their are a ton of little cruise ins if you want more info.

Is the 4door Ion dude still around? Have not heard from him in a long time.

  8. Nice cars there. WTF? It's that warm over there? :)

There is only like 3 cold months in this state. By March, the heat will be back to ruin our lives!

I think I know your bro with the Redline. Met him at some hot wheels get together or something...

  9. Well it must be the tranny thats heavier then, because springs for the eco's are longer in the front than the ones for the 2200

Where did you get that information? It cant be the trans. Its the same trans on the 00-02 models as it is for the ecotec models.

From what I remember its not that the front springs are longer, its that the ecotec front ends sit higher since there is less weight/load due to the ecotecs all aluminum motor.
