He's still a supporting member on that forum right? If he is, then asking potentially harmful (for business) questions would hurt support for the board, as he wouldn't pay to advertise on a board that discredits his work.

Is a Dyno report not accurate for judging performance gains. is the "seat of the pants" more effective?
Answer that. take the question elsewhere i dont care. i just want someone to answer why a SUPER expensive tool that many tuners, performance companies and customers use to judge gains is written off as useless.
No a dyno is way more effective lol. It just sounds like he is maybe stubborn and stuck in his ways, he does have a point to his reply. Unfortunately it holds little merit, like I said in my last post, it's not that far from Magnaflows' system. So in short, I'd buy it if I wanted dual outlets. Might cut out that extra bend before the muffler, as it's not needed, but yea....

There's no way he can be sued, PLENTY of people market their exhaust systems using other branded mufflers. He even specifies what muffler is used, if he has crossed any line, then so has Milzy. Not gonna happen

He has a point, there are so many different variables that come into play. It's weird why he's not sharing his results, maybe they could hurt sales, maybe there are no dyno results. His response isn't full of shit, but the numbers might not be worth bragging about.
Has there ever been a before/after dyno run from another members' car?

Ive been looking at buying the 2.4L turbocharger engine from an american cobalt and i was wondering if it would have the same fit as my 2.2L ecotec engine? i currently have the 2.2L ecotec in a 2006 g5 coupe base trim. any suggestions welcome
Are you talking about the 2.0 (LNF) turbo set-up out of the 08-current Cobalt SS'? 2.4's never had any forced induction components, however I'm pretty sure it will swap over, unless they changed the exh mani bolt pattern on the head.

The front bumper, I don't see why the guy cut it up...it's the stock IC.
No it's not, ALL DSM's came with a tiny pizza box shaped side mount IC behind the fog light, you couldn't even see it from the front.
If you put an unmolested f.bumber on, you could possibly raise you IAT's, looks to be an Ebay IC(could be wrong).
Is it a 6 or 7bolt motor?

Had to put a passenger window regulator in............easy, but not fun when it's 108 degrees outside.....
Well a buddy and I made an exhaust for it, 2.5", mandrel bent, from the cat back, Dynomax Ultraflow muffler.
....................and sold it yesterday.

no I'm not lol. Aug 30, 2004 - Aug 10, 2010. Call it 6yrs, best car I ever owned, not the fastest, but best. Now on to bigger/better things, hmmm..........what next?????

Cliffnotes....My neighbors house caught fire, burned mine down aswell. Lost everything that I had. Had to pay a lawyer to get what i'm owed. Had to sell my T/A. This is my new ride....blows major ass.

Well Idk then, it's pretty much the same as the Magnaflow system, I'm sure the dyno numbers are close between the systems.
