3.4 starting trouble and horrible misfire

Featured Replies

Originally had a cam sensor code in my 99' montana. Was driving fine then it just died without any hesitation. Tried starting back up would not for the life of it.. I pushed pedal and that's the only way it starts and it runs like absolute garbage. Barely moves the misfire is so bad. Doesn't matter if the car is warm or cold, only way you can start it is by holding gas down. I replaced the sensor, that didn't change a thing. Only code I got is evap..I'm lost on where else to start. Crank sensor? The coil packs? ICM not sending the switching signal to coil? Fuel pressure check?

With no code it's a nightmare to diagnose.

Any help would be appreciated a lot. Thanks
