bump. i also discovered i wouldn't be a hypocrit if I used headlight armor because their vinyl headlight/foglight tints do not reduce light output one bit.

I was gonna say I'm sure there's something out there that can give you what you want without reducing light output

Im not a big fan but if I had to choose one it would be the silver. Taking apart the headlights and color matching them would be better. :)

thanks joe, if i do any tint on the headlights it will be black. they are both already painted black on the bezels and i dont really want to color match as I want them to help break up/ be part of my silver/black theme

can someone do black mirrors and sail panel (b-pillar) as well as a black stripe coming out of the passenger side hood insert? If you could continue the black stripe on the trunk too, that'd be awesome you can crop out the fingertip too ;)

the pic with the EVO mod...makes that goat look like a Grand Prix with a SD hood.... lol

96firephoenix your pics are very washed out, do you have any better ones?

sorry, those are the only ones of my car... I washed them a little to cover the defects :/

this is the best I can come up with from Google... mine isn't a hardtop though.

can you still use the other ones for the mirror/sail panel shopping? I"m more concerned about that than about the stripe. I might just get a model off of ebay and do it that way, lol.

Thanks! I think it looks great! If all goes well with my job this summer, I'll be putting that on for real soon.

Hey I was just thinking about a more classic Pontiac color scheme.

^^^THAT!

Really really really like the blue especially on the Firebird emblem

If I go with the top black, I might do a single pontiac blue stripe on the whole car or the 2 black stripes. I already have a black/white theme going on and I've come to love it.

Black and white and then blue on the hood =\= to my liking. black and white with one blue stripe on the whole thing, I could rock.

on the other hand, I might be getting a ram-air hood, in which case all bets are off on hood painting.

PS do you suppose you could add black rims to the back-angle shot? the ones on there only black would be perfect

Okay, so here's a challenge. I'm wondering how an OEM G6 lip spoiler would look on the trunk of my GP.

One of these:

Perhaps someone with the spoiler in real life could take a couple of quick snapshots from similar angles to make it work?

Also, could someone let me know how wide it is? If it's too short then this idea can go out the window.
