Classic muscle car Flowmaster low tone...or Black Widow choppiness?

Featured Replies

Im torn between keeping my Flow Master 40s with the deep (rolling thunder) tone I have an emotional attachment with due to memories from my first 1968 Firebird 400 back in 1998.
But recently Im really digging the Black Widow race venom 250s. The bring out the cam sound.
Does anyone have any experience with the stock 400 cam on a 1968 Firebird with Black Widow exhaust?
I don't want to end up sounding like my Firebird has glass packs. Will I keep some of my deep tone but yet hear a little more cam?
