not swapping. jus trying to get rid of my. out of the 5+ years that i have had the car, i have only used the stock stereo for like half a year and the rest of the time was a dvd player.

I get a lot of use out of my stock Monsoon HU.

Only thing that matters is if you have monsoon or not, otherwise all years and model versions will work.

but you cant use a 2009.5, right? anyways, i dont. its only a four speaker system. i didnt look at the '05 but his stereo has a few more buttons.
