I want to get 15 " rally wheels and swap out my 14'" . Should i go 15/7 or 15/8 on the oem style rally wheels. also whats the best tire to fit that wheel on a 69 400.

i was thinking 225 /60 15  i will get the Radial Ta . attached is a pic of my car
