I would only change the filter, and replace fluid lost as far as trans care is concerned at that high mileage. Any sort of power flushing is a big no-no. Might as well try and grenading the trans yourself if you do that.

i refuse to do a full flush on anything.. thus far i have never seen any real gains.. and more problems then anything caused

as much as i do remain faithful to two other brands i must admit Pontiac has won a good portion of me over.. soon it will be time to purchase my fun car..
