Hello, there!

Boss has a 1989 Sunbird GT Convertible with glass rear window, wondering if anyone has any possible sources or clues as to where to find the switch for the convertible roof itself?  Have acquired the part number for it from numerous Chevy dealerships (1251-3098), but they're long discontinued from any OEM manufacturer.  Looked across on Rock Auto, eBay, and numerous junkyards and yet still haven't been able to find any leads on this piece.

Wondering if someone here could possibly point me in the right direction that we haven't thought of yet.

It might help if we knew what the current switch looks like.

Hydro E Lectric has a ton of switches but nothing specific to the Cavalier / Sunbird platform switch. But I am thinking that your switch could be a carry over switch from an older GM vehicle.
