LY7 = 265HP

LZ4 = 200HP

Plus, the LY7 has lots of top end, and add headers, exhaust, intake and a tune, and that motor will pump out 300HP.

LZ4? It doesn't have the love the older LX9 got, and even then, you need boost to make a pushrod 60*V6 fast. A DOHC LY7 motor can make 300+ HP all motor.

In other words, GXP sedan FTMFW.

Test Drove the GXP today, I don't think I'll even entertain the idea of the Cocaine white coupe. I've gotta take items off my totalled G6 tomorrow afternoon, including brake pads and shoes for the front, springs, crab and fpu, strutbar, and stereo system. I'll be using the same head unit that comes with the gxp, as it has bluetooth, aux input, and USB :shock:

Drove great, rides smooth, only thing I didn't like about the GXP, it didn't have adjustable footpedals.

I'll hear back from the dealership tomorrow, as they have to explain to the bank what all is happening with the existing loan and paying off through a totalled situation. So my vote is in, 3.6 GXP

I'm able to take all the mods off my car and turn it into them, but if I take the wheels off I have to make sure to put wheels and tires back on. Now I need some wheels quick, looking for a trade. The gxp wheels are the chrome wheels, 18's with 225/50's on there. I think the trade is good enough for me, just cause I wanna keep my wheels that I got from Newbiestyle. UNLESS..........SOMEONE WOULD LIKE TO GIVE ME A LITTLE CASH AND SWAP FOR THE Ultrabrights on my totalled G6???

You are gonna fall in love with LY7 performance.

well, did you take off the intake, rims, tune, tails? did the HIDs make it? atleast the ballasts? save the fogs...how about stereo? cant sell the seats? did you have an exhaust? dual valance? other audio?

Intake, Yes, tomorrow

Rims, definitly before I give them the car.

Tune, going to post it up for sale in a minute or three.

Tails, pulling them off tomorrow.

HID's, No, going to get the 55w DDM's on order tomorrow, after I confirm the purchase.

Not worried about the fogs.

Stereo, definitly taking out and the subwoofer, too.

Exhaust is a 2.5" upgraded magnaflow, single exhaust, staying with the car.

Which LED tails did you have, Bam?

at least you will still be one of us (sedan owners). :cheers: make sure you get everything off. you have people helping you?

Did they ever say how much they'll take the body for. I'm pretty sure they can use certain parts. Doors, lights, hood, finders ect... You should get a nice bit of change for all of that.
