  1. Thank you! Lots of work, I’ll post my progress. It’s nice to have some encouragement once in a while, especially when you have one that you can jump in and take for a ride already… hehehe
  2. Thanks for the warm welcome guys! Ill take kiwi boni’s idea on new threads and do that. I hear you on the reading… A picture says a thousand words.. My senses are so confused now 😂🤣 Cheers everybody!
  3. Hi all, I just came across this site from a link a friend had posted on FB and wanted to join up with fellow Pontiac enthusiasts, happy to find and meet you! I’m in southeast Texas and have several ponchos from projects to drivers. I love restoring these gems, which is probably a good thing because I couldn’t afford to buy one outright! My wife’s car ‘70 Tempest 400/400 is almost finished (are they ever?!) and we drive it on weekends and to shows. ** A note for guys that want to be able to buy parts for your project…do one for your wife first and she won’t mind (as much) letting you buy your own stuff! 😂 ** I have a 67 goat on the rotisserie at the moment, a 68 Firebird HO coupe (numbers matching engine and 4 speed), a 68 Firebird convertible with numbers matching engine but no transmission yet, and another 68 bird for parts (rust bucket!) I’ve driven Pontiacs since high school in Alaska and look forward to working on some of these with our grandsons as they grow up. I have a problem, but at least I can’t afford drugs and alcohol! Lol
