I have those, would really like long tube headers

Can't find long tube headers for my catalina, anyone know of what might fit, I have oval ports. I might just try a firebird set, see how it goes.

I have fire bird ram air exhaust manifolds due to the oval port edelbrock heads. They have 3" outlets. The muffler shop just put a flare on the exhaust pipes with no gasket. I expected something like a flange gasket. Of course I eventually had leakage, ground the manifold outlet for a tighter fit. Recent modification to the car and putting a new exhaust on it. Any suggestions for sealing these tighter?

I see this is an older topic. You get it in the car and dynoed yet? My 455/462 has a quick fuel carb, 750CFM, MSD, 477HP, 550TQ at the crank. MSD ignition.
