  1. :lol2:

Nice vibe man. me likey. :lol2:

I would definitely just go aftermarket rims and lower it for starters. then go with what notallthere said. :)

for black out, i think that would look awesome but dont black out the head lights.

I would like aftermarket rims but idk which size fit the vibe? What is the bolt pattern, offset, etc. need to be?

    Nice.

Those factory wheels are slick, by far the best I've seen, factory equipped-wise.

Get mods by the parents? Do what I did, just do it and see how long it takes for them to notice after the mods are done. :lol2:

    "Are those new wheels?"

    "No,"

    :lol2:

Well I would do that...If my dad didn't inspect my car every other day it seems like lol

  3. Nice Vibe. I don't know about painting the rims all black though. What about just the low spots on the rim black and see if you like it? It's just a thought.

For up grades, sway bars, tower braces, and a short ram intake or cold air.

I want a cold air intake, but I'd have no idea how to install it ;)

  4. This is my 09 Vibe GT. I am seventeen and this is my first car. I would love any suggestions and help. My dad is pretty strict on how I mod my car, but eventually I want to black it out.

So far I have 50% tint on front, and 5% on the back, 2 12" JVC Arsenal 3000W max subs (they hit so heavy), JVC Arsenal Amp, and OS? capacitor i believe. I just bought some black overlays for my arrowheads, and soon will buy a FlyEyes kit to smoke my tails. I also want to make the chrome on the arrowhead orange with vinyl, and tint the fogs orange. Soon I will be getting the rims painted black. Let me know what you think!

  5. Good luck with the vinyl, you'd probably have to stretch it to cover the chrome, which won't be easy... but when you do want to take it off, it's won't be a problem at all in terms of hurting the chrome, it's still a PITA... I do have a warning, as I once removed the arrowhead on my 06 Vibe, if you do use the hair dryer, be VERY careful not to over heat the paint, I got a nice little thumb print in my paint... the paint will be very pliable. Watch the edges of the vinyl over curved surfaces as well, I put a vinyl sticker over the Vibe logo and it started peeling off. I haven't put any stickers on my '09, the arrowhead Pontiac used are much nicer then the older ones.

BTW, nice to see another Jet black GT.

Any advice how to not overheat the paint but still take off the arrow?

  6. Can you state that again? lol don't quite understand.

Most vinyl overlays will cover only the red part of the dart unless otherwise stated.

Yea I was going to order the red part off a sight to make it black, and then make the chrome orange by making the vinyls myself.

I was wondering if I use the soapy water and I want the orange off later, will the vinyl peel the chrome off when I take it off?

    Sorry for the confusion..
