  1. I am just getting her ready to go, but I am looking to spend $$$$ wisely. Thanks, Al
  2. Mine is a 4 door sedan with the half hidden tires on the rear. My car is really like new with 30 to 35 k miles. The original paint (aqua color) is still there, no rust at all but the original paint has faded over the years. When I take photos all this will be obvious. It sure is a blessing to talk with the Pontiac Pro's. I am going to turn this Chieftain back in time. Taking offense is SO STUPID. Using the name is simply showing Respect.
  3. What is the difference between the Chieftain & the Catalina? Interchangeable parts? How do I talk with Charles Coker?
  4. Mine actually has Chieftain on the car. It has the rear wheel skirts. It has the Indian Chief on the front center of the hood. I promise when I can I will post pics. Is that being racist? The Chieftain playing second to the Catalina?

  6. Good morning, it is a long story about my 53. My grandfather bought the car new and they used the car to get things for their home. They did not drive much, since the car only has 30,000 original miles. The car is a true barn find, since it sat for 40 years un-touched. Upon my urging we went and got the car in the 1993. We got the the car started and she ran Great. The car has sat another20 years since then……un-touched. I want to fully restore the car and use the car. I need help and guidance how to do this. I found your site and I hoped I could learn and get advice here. The car is 100% original and is sitting in my barn, ready to be brought back to life. I need guidance how to do this correctly, I look forward to meeting other owners and getting ideas from actual owners. Thanks for asking and I look forward to meeting everyone. Al Yelton I will get some pics posted very Soon.
