I like what you are doing with the guages.. Very cool!

Pretty easy     took apart the clock and ammeter  hollowed out the pods and fitted the new gauges into the pods    LED lighting was too bright  so I ran the two lights in series so only 6 volts goes thru each    much better    used electric oil pressure gauge since I didnt want an oil line (and the chance of it leaking) behind the dash    similar with the water temp  Chose gauges with 90degree sweep to mimic the factory type look    Not perfect but I really  hate "tacked on" gauges hanging under dash       I previously took stock clock out and replaced it with a battery movement but then came to my senses and decided I wanted oil pressure and temp instead

changed to disc brakes and am still sotring them out   Power booster valving issues   Then I am going to change all front end bushings ball joints and tie rod ends to get ready for my route 66 trip   Imaging a 66 catalina convertible on rte 66 when I am 66

didnt make rte66 trip due to covid  may try again next year   This pic is from Florida   Daily driver    Bult trailer hitch for it  great boat launching with the visibility
