hi from lake Taupo new zealand, this is my first pontiac and as you can see, a very sad looking 64 bonneville.

up till now i have had mopars and a few tri five chevs and i am looking forward to the challange of rebuilding  my first pontiac.

i will need lots of parts and i guess i would be best to ask in the "for sales" section.

any way hi from me and i look forward to learning heaps about this cool old girl 😊

oh, i forgot to tell you about the bonneville.... it is a stock 389 4 barrel car with a 27p code engine, trans is a auto and all matching numbers, the interior is like brand new in black, and its from California, so its got no rust at all that i can find!

it has the coolest drums i have every sean.... 8 lugs and i am going to fully restore them. all the rings and caps are there to make them like new too.

it had a major frontal impact and its pushed the chassis rail on the passenger side back a whole six inches,

my chassis guy says its a straight forward fix and its booked in to head to his shop next month.

over here it has to pass a special inspection for the chassis repair before i can vin it and make it road legal for new zealand roads. and thats not a issue, just money and time 🤣

Nice! Welcome aboard. The Big '64's are one of Pontiac's better Body Styles IMHO.

Had my eye on a Dark Blue on Blue but never pulled the trigger, it just looked like you needed to be wearing a Tuxedo while driving it. :D

You have your work cut out. Get all that crumpled tin off her and pull that engine. Getting the Chassis corrected will be the bases on how to move forward.

Best of luck!
