BillG
I'm Bill Gallagher, I have been building and playing with Pontiac cars for 31 years, that's after I could afford one in 1998. My first Pontiac was a 67 GTO HO, 4 speed, Signet gold with gold interior, I got it used with only 560 miles on it, at the end of the year in 1967. It ended up being to much power for the original owner & his wife. Went into the Navy for 4 years, came out and sold my 67 GTO, like a dummy for $545.00, what a mistake. I went to work with the postal service, had a family and retired in 2005. In 1998 I had the opportunity to buy a 67 GTO from Gary Cave for 5K and that what started me off again to become a full all in Pontiac enthusiast and a strong passion for Pontiacs. Since I have been playing and buying Pontiacs for many years, I ended up really enjoying building and working on them. I have build 2 Concours 67 GTOs, through GTOAA . One Silver (Signet Gold) and one Gold (Mariner Turquoise). Today I have a 67 GTO Convertible I picked up at the Atlantic City Auction back in February 2008, Tyrol Blue, Parchment interior with white top. After many years I still have 3 Pontiacs. A 1962 Catalina setup as a Tribute to a Super Duty, 1965 Pontiac Tempest Custom Safari Wagon and my 67 TGO.
Founders Ringo64 Posted September 16, 2019 Founders Share Posted September 16, 2019 Split this into your own topic so you get some nice, welcoming attention . Amazing looking Pontiacs! Major props to you for doing Concours. Certainly takes some major time and searching to keep them original. Have you taken them to many shows?
