69 LeMans valance, can't find one, can a GTO valance be modified to fit with a LeMans front bumper?

the color i'm looking to match is the blue

looking to paint a sign that looks like the picture attached to put on my wall, I need to know what is the actual color (code, #, ?) used on this pontiac sign.  any recommendation would be great.  I figure to start with a sheet of 1/8th"  aluminum, put a coating on it and paint over that.
