definantly a place to start. that one may be a pain in the behind though because it could have rusted its self on

id definantly start with a fuel filter. they tend to be cheap and not too difficult to replace. plus if youve never done it or cant remember the lsat time its worth a shot

you should be able to get just get the fuel level sender. if it was me i would problebly replace the whole thing though since your in there already and personaly i dont like dropping gas tanks if i can help it

Some customers may comment on a squeak noise when the brake pedal is applied or when released. This noise is normally heard when the brake pedal is slowly applied with the engine on or off, but can occur when the brake pedal is released. The noise may be isolated to the master cylinder area.
Correction
To correct this concern, remove as much of the old brake fluid from the master cylinder as possible and refill with a new DOT 3 brake fluid, P/N 88862806 (in Canada, use P/N 88862807). Start the vehicle and fully cycle the brake pedal until the noise diminishes to allow the new fluid to enter the system.

after googling that it made me think it was from a 68 firebird. further investigation makes me think that that isnt right. im still thinking its from a 61 pontiac of some kind though
