I say go with the tint but check local laws for what is legal. My S-10 was 5% on all windows, and I got pulled over, fined $85, and had to remove the tint from my side windows.

i would say it depends on your region and when you drive most often. if u do a lot of early morning/ late night driving then HID's will change ur freakin life. on the other hand if u drive all daytime and not a lot of night then tint would be the better idea.
