Alexi Volkov, a Russian bus driver known as "The Punisher," doesn't tolerate anyone who cuts him off while he's on the job. Rather than attempting to take evasive maneuvers, Volkov simply lets his bus roll into the offending party's vehicle. He boasts that he's been involved in over 100 accidents and posts dash-cam videos of the collisions to YouTube. Somewhat miraculously, his employer doesn't seem concerned with his driving record, and Volkov says so long as the accidents aren't his fault and the damage minor, no one gets upset.

What about the passengers on the bus? The driver says no one has ever been injured in the bumps, so they have nothing to complain about. Meanwhile, Volkov says conditions are gradually improving thanks to his "educational work."
