The <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/tag/bbc/">BBC</a> has announced season 19 will debut on <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/tag/bbc amercia/">BBC America</a> one week after it airs in the UK. That's a welcome change from the lengthy wait we're accustomed to on this side of the Atlantic, and will likely be enough to keep most fans from turning to their favorite torrents for their dose of Jeremy Clarkson, James May, Richard Hammond and The Stig. The first episode is set to air on February 4 at 9:00 pm EST.<br /><br />The episode follows Clarkson as he attempts to build the world's smallest car and operate the machine on the streets of London. May, meanwhile, takes the time to run a <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/bentley/continental gt speed/">Bentley Continental GT Speed</a> down a rally stage, and Hammond hops behind the wheel of the mighty <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/tag/pagani huayra/">Pagani Huayra</a> for a few laps at the show's test track.
