5" on 5" Rims

Featured Replies

Hi, has anyone put a 5 on 5 rim on a 1967 Pontiac Bonneville?  If so can you tell me what size you used and if you have any pictures that would help I would appreciate it.

As far as I know, most of the fullsize Ponchos came with 5 x 5 14" rims, unless disc brake equipped.

I insisted on 14" mags on my '65 GP, so went for 14 x 6, but couldn't get that size in a 5 x 5, so bought 5 x 4.75 (14" x 6") and had a wheel specialist drill the holes to 5 x 5. Keeping with the factory size means the car looks like it came off the showroom like that.

If you click on my profile pic on the left, you'll see the car.

Fitzy is correct. The 14”x6” wheels were standard on the Bonneville and the rest of the full size line. There was an optional 15x7 wheel too.

However the Rally Ii was available with the A-body cars only. You can Google the 1967 Pontiac catalog. And you can see there were no optional Rally Iis in 67 for the full size line up.
