Spark Plugs for GTP

Featured Replies

I recently picked up an 04 GTP and it’s definitely needing attention…..looking for suggestions for the best plugs for that supercharged engine.  It’s currently running like a corn cob and I want to get it back to it’s potential so any suggestions or info would help.

04 GP GTP with 128K on the clock looks PRETTY but runs bad!!!

Everyone has their personal preference when it comes to spark plugs.....

Factory OEM plugs are AC Delco Iriduim 41-101

Other plugs that people swear to are that fit your car are:

NGK 7164 Iriduim

CHAMPION 9404 Iriduim

AC Delco 14 Platinum

NGK 3403 Platinum

CHAMPION 3013 Platinum

There are copper core plugs available at much less cost, but considering that your car is supercharged AND came with iriduim plugs, I would not got with anything less than platinum tipped plug for simple longevity.

Others are welcome to chime in on their favorite plugs as well.
