IS the engine bogging down or is the transmission not shifting correctly or slipping? Are you getting any sort of SES light come on when this happens, even momentarily?

Turn off your traction control and keep it off until you determine that’s not the problem! Traction control works off the wheel sensors/antilock system! If the sensors are having an issue because of corrosion or poor signal reception they won’t set a code unless they are completely dead, but intermittent won’t set a code. But the engine will respond on acceleration as though the wheels are slipping! Which can seem like the the car is hesitating!

trans fluid is good 1st thing checked and the abs traction control not working most of the time

I’m not sure what you mean by not working most of the time!
I’m not picking, we are all just trying to help with something we can’t see or hear! So you have turned the traction control off and that’s what you mean by not working most of the time than ok, but if you mean it’s not coming on than no, that won’t stop intermittent issues that are due to faulty sensors! As faulty sensors often never register in the traction control mode!
Likewise, while the fluid may not be burnt that doesn’t mean it’s good! How many miles are on the fluid since the last filter & fluid change? If and when the fluid was change how was it changed? What brand of fluid was used? All of these things play a big role in GM FWD trannys! And this is all only relevant to the transmission! Which may not even be the issue that you are having!

One thing you have not mentioned is how many miles are on your GP. Is it possible that the fluid and filter have never been replaced?

The video is spot on. A dirty/clogged filter will allow dirty to build up in the valve body and allow valves to stick. A flush and fill with a filter replacement is the way to get things stated The gentleman also replaced the two solenoids that help control shifts. That too can help solve your problem. One you've made the decision to drop the transmission pan, what you do next is totally up to you. At a minimum, you need to change the filter and inspect what is in the bottom of the pan. If there is a ton of metal shavings, there is cause for concern.

One thing from the video he did not address, the junk that he found around the magnetic pickup is a combination of sludge and metal shavings. The metal came from the wear of the clutch disc packs. That will eventually required a complete transmission rebuild - depending on the mileage and/or age of his car's transmission.

going to do filter and fluid when get the $$ the solenoids be done by someone knows what doing was showing around 245800 and rebuild is going to happen eventually

That's a ton of miles on the tranny. If the fluid/filter and solenoids changes don't fix your problem then you probably need to all new clutch/disc rings, which means a complete disassembly and rebuild anyway.
