HELP on rear quarter Le Mans letters hole placement

Featured Replies

Hi folks. I'm new here and I really need some help! Someone before me welded new rear fenders on my 65 Le Mans and there are no holes for the LE MANS letters. How do I determine exactly where those holes are supposed to go? I’ve looked everywhere for months and can find lots of GTO info, but nothing for Le Mans. Thanks folks!

I can't find my copy, but I am pretty sure that Paul Zarrazine's GTO Restoration Guide has the measurements you are looking for.

Does anyone out there have a 65 Le Mans in southern california that would be kind enough to let me measure/ photo the layout on the rear quarter lettering?? I live in Costa Mesa. I’ll buy lunch. Thanks!!
