Swapping to a Tripower

Featured Replies

I have a 1967 LeMans with a ‘70 model 400 and a quadrejet carburetor. I’m thinking of changing it out to a tripower and I heard that the intake has to be from a 1966 and that the earlier ones don’t fit. Is this correct?

Can also use a 65. I had one on my 66, worked great and nothing beats the sound of kicking in the outer two carbs.
