RWD car + VDOT that doesn't plow when it snows, they'd rather throw down gravel and see what happens durrrrrrr, equals stone chips all over the place, so the mudflaps are an unfortunate necessity..

I wouldn't say unfortunate...I'm fond of the look. You should see mine. :P :P
