This is the one Buick that will never find its way into my driveway - new or used. At one time all Buicks were built in Flint Michigan. Now none are built here. This one is built in China and sold here in the U.S. This is a slap in the face to my grandfather, who worked for Buick Motor Division for just over 51 years and drove the 2 millionth Buick Skylark off the assembly line 2 weeks before he retired in May of 1971. It is also a slap in the face to all the men and women who worked at the former Buick City location for their entire working careers. The entire site is now gone.

Not in my lifetime Buick.
