Price-fixing?  

This coming from the country that supports counterfeiting and then exporting famous international brands of products like watches, clothes, and even automotive parts. 

So is GM accused of price fixing only? Or is their government-mandated partner SAIC also guilty of said price-fixing? Funny how the article does not talk about that.
