Monitors In Headrests

Ok... i have searched around on the interwebs but i dont find what i am looking for.

I want to put monitors in my headrests. I know that Rollin20s has them and i recently talked to another member Daniel who has them and i Fo Sho want them now.

I have the AVIC D3 in the front but when i go on road trips back to my Alma Mater i have friends in the car and we end up putting on a Movie. Well the screen in the front sucks to see for the people in the back.

I know i want to keep the factory headrest look and i know that a 7" monitor will EASILY fit in there (that is what Rollin20s from G6P did)

I just lack the balls to cut up my headrests. Does anyone have experience or advice?

I have found a few good "How To's" but i just need some help...
