  • Welcome to Forever Pontiac

We are a community of Pontiac enthusiasts. The purpose of our community is to keep alive the Pontiac spirit by sharing (or showing off) our cars, discussing Pontiac, helping each other work on our cars and find information, plus attend various meets/shows/etc... To aid discussion, sharing, event planning and selling of parts/cars/anything, we have various parts of the website to aid this from Forums to an online Garage to Classifieds to even a Document Download Repository. You can find links to these in our navigation above based on what each section helps with (discussion, local events, learning, etc...).

We invite you to contribute, find help or just view some of our member's amazing cars! Don't forget, we also have great contests from time to time (like our Pontiac of the Month and yearly calendar contest) and our Pontiac This OR That, a fun game where you choose the best of two randomly selected Pontiacs from our online garage.

We look forward to seeing you around!

1995 Pontiac Grand Am GT2 "Snow White"

Recommended Posts

Hello all,

I'm Ty'Eira (pronounced Tierra). I'm from Charlotte, NC but currently reside in Asheville, NC and this is my Poncho, a '95 GAGT with 121k miles. I call her "Snow White". I bought this car in February for $1000, it was a 1-owner car, and so far I have put 6,000 miles on her. I'm planning on doing an LG0 H.O. Quad 4/manual swap since I can't find a GAGT with one, much less another GAGT like this generation.  I may as well build it, and what better way to start off with an unmolested 3100? I love this car (even though it's 1 of 1,022 equipped with the 1SA package, crank windows), and she's loving me too.

Only mods done is a K&N CAI, and a Flomaster catless exhaust. It was lowered but I had to go back to stock height (I still have the lowering kit). Enough talking, here's Snow.

Hi guys Im new here, looking for some help. I own a 1973 Grand am and I'm looking to get some more aggressive wheels on it, something that will fit a nice wide tire on there. Anybody have any 70's models with rim setups and mind sharing some knowledge? What to look out for what to avoid maximum width possible on which rims etc. Thanks in advance for any help.

So I am replacing my engine which was originally 8305 was swap to a 350, but instead of having someone else rebuild it I was going to buy a new one put it in and learn how to rebuild the current 350 in my own spare time. My question is is An old350 Just an old 350 or is that your specific because of the mounting set up? Because I’m finding a lot of good set up’s four 1980 Chevy/Pontiac  and older. So can anybody point  Me to a direction that can tell me if my car is compatible with any other year of Chevy/ Pontiac years?

My Sunset Orange Metallic '02 Bird is finally undergoing it's much needed restoration.  FIrst order of business: replacing the OEM Wheels which are corroding with some new rims.
Kudos to "Mufflers Brakes & More" in West Palm Beach who discovered the corrosion on the inside of the old wheels - and refused to charge me for their fix!

IT is a great pleasure to be a "newbie" on this site as I am a long-time Pontiac enthusiast!
My first ownership began back in 1976 when as a High School Senior, I purchased a '64 LeMans from my neighbors.  Not a GTO by any means (flat 6, standard brakes), it still started me on my Pontiac journey- which included:
1984 T-1000,  1986 Sunbird,  1988 Firebird (V6),   1996 Grand Prix GT,  2004 GTO (my buddy Mike and I were early adopters of the Monaro/GTO and Pontiac Performance Magazine actually did a photo story on us called "Blood Brothers" as we lived several houses apart),
current ride:  2002 Firebird.  Sunset Orange Metallic.   Apparently, it was one of the last couple of hundred produced and I thoroughly enjoy it!  Although I drive a german performance sedan during the work week, I intend to keep my 'Bird for a long long long time!  I never had a car with T-tops before this one and I love opening it up and cruising alongside the beach on FL A-1-A, going to the local "Cars & Coffee" once a month.
