NEW TO FORUM AND NEED HELP.RESTORING A 62 G.P. AND AM HAVING TROUBLE FINDING A POWER BRAKE BOOSTER AND MASTER CYLINDER COMBO I CAN EASILY ACCESS AND FIT TO MY CAR.ORIGINAL UNIT IS KAPUT AND I WOULD LIKE TO GET A MORE MODERN SET-UP.WOULD A CHEVY UNIT FROM THE SAME YEAR WORK??ANY IDEAS?WOULD A UNIT FROM A LATER MODEL FULLSIZE G.M WORK??THANKS FOR THE HELP. Here's a start. They should have original, but now might be the time to upgrade to disk over drum. Huge difference when I upgraded my GTO.

You want a power brake booster and master cylinder combo to work on an 8-lug drum '62 GP? Did I get that right? Are you looking to upgrade the car to 8-lug disc brakes too?
