There is a career mode, online, quick race & time trial all very good.

I found myself addicted to beating the game

on easy and now have moved on to medium. I got it on sale for $2.99 but its now back up to $5.99 but if you like racing

games its worth all or the $5.99. You can also play over a wifi network against a friend head to head which I have not tried yet.
