Award System

Installed a new "Award System" today that we will be using for giving out awards like the POTM, POTY and related items. Once I create a POTM icon they will show up in your user profile when you post and in your normal profile

Just figured those who win the POTM and other compeitions around here should get a little more recognition

Manually as in, someone is in charge of grabbing the points and giving them to another member Or that way but I don't think people would do it
