Pontiac of the Month

Pedja's 1968 Firebird

2019 March
of the Month

  • Welcome to Forever Pontiac

We are a community of Pontiac enthusiasts. The purpose of our community is to keep alive the Pontiac spirit by sharing (or showing off) our cars, discussing Pontiac, helping each other work on our cars and find information, plus attend various meets/shows/etc... To aid discussion, sharing, event planning and selling of parts/cars/anything, we have various parts of the website to aid this from Forums to an online Garage to Classifieds to even a Document Download Repository. You can find links to these in our navigation above based on what each section helps with (discussion, local events, learning, etc...).

We invite you to contribute, find help or just view some of our member's amazing cars! Don't forget, we also have great contests from time to time (like our Pontiac of the Month and yearly calendar contest) and our Pontiac This OR That, a fun game where you choose the best of two randomly selected Pontiacs from our online garage.

We look forward to seeing you around!

Do they know that this will be a huge turn off for domestic sales? The public is going to think that GM supports communism (To each his own but we all know that communism in America is for the most part frowned upon) What the hell are they thinking? An American car company that doesn't want to sell cars in America??

Meh it's a propaganda video, it's like sponsoring the super bowl over there :welcomeFP: jk.

I don't think it's a smart move but the article really never says they support Communism... Just the making of the video to get car placement ads.

^^^ Troof. We're in so much debt to the Chinese, it's not even funny.

Give it five to seven more years, China will become a superpower.

As for the ads...bottom line is, the average joe shmoe won't have the wit to figure out it's just ads, and they'll think their tax money going into GM will fuel China. While not true (to an extent) the average American is not smart enough to distinguish this difference.

Yeah but what I mean and I think that Chris means is that the average citizen isn't going to know that, they are going to skim the news about it and be like "GM SUPPURTS CUMMUNARSTS!!!""
