I'm just going to do them all LEDs in the headlights, then the chrome covered ones for the turn signals.

Not blacking out the chrome until I wrap it in matte white. It looks better this way for now.

Yes, but resale value wise, I can remove vinyl. I'm not going to re-paint a car.
