unless the G6 is heavy as FORD that's a full second and a half slower than my mostly stock Grand am. only thing i had done was a full exhaust from the downpipe to the muffler and a larger tb and my car ran 15.2

oh yeah and there is no way that kid beat a GTO in his G6. maybe the guy felt bad for him or something

Not a fan of the LS1 Goats?? With your price range, it might be something to look at if you like them

Otherwise I did test drive a Cruze and to me it was nothing special... then again I have high standards. I say go for the Bu, I really liked the LT I drove for shits and giggles. Something else if you like the Impala go for it, I was highly impressed by that car when I got it as a rental. Impala has some speed on my 6er, then again I think it has the LZ6 or LZ4... Can't remember which one I got.

I don't want another mushy suspension car, so the Impala is out of the question. (BTW, base models had LZE power. )

I'm excited over the Focus because we're getting the European spec Focus finally, which is WHY it's been getting such great reviews. The Euro Focus models have always been putting our USDM Focus to shame, on every aspect.

I'd look at some GTOs, but just out of sheer curiosity. Finding an unmolested one will be tempting...IF I can find one.

After looking at the Cruze's pricing, I may not bother with one.
