Is the water temp switch going to a temp gauge or is it going to an idiot light in the dash?

Also what vehicle is the 316 going into?

Thermostats are available for the 316 thru SummitRacing.com. I assume they ship over the pond.

AC Delco, Mr. Gasket, and Stant are three different brands available for the 316. AC Delco is the OEM brand.

The standard Pontiac temp switch is mounted in the head or in the coolant passage on the intake manifold. This should work with the 316, 347 and 370.
