  • Welcome to Forever Pontiac

We are a community of Pontiac enthusiasts. The purpose of our community is to keep alive the Pontiac spirit by sharing (or showing off) our cars, discussing Pontiac, helping each other work on our cars and find information, plus attend various meets/shows/etc... To aid discussion, sharing, event planning and selling of parts/cars/anything, we have various parts of the website to aid this from Forums to an online Garage to Classifieds to even a Document Download Repository. You can find links to these in our navigation above based on what each section helps with (discussion, local events, learning, etc...).

We invite you to contribute, find help or just view some of our member's amazing cars! Don't forget, we also have great contests from time to time (like our Pontiac of the Month and yearly calendar contest) and our Pontiac This OR That, a fun game where you choose the best of two randomly selected Pontiacs from our online garage.

We look forward to seeing you around!

1967 Ventura fuel sending unit

I need some help here guys. I have a 1967 full size Pontiac Ventura, not to be confused with the miniature Nova clone. This is the full size baby based off of the Catalina platform. I need a new fuel sending unit as mine is no longer registering anymore, and I was absolutely stunned that it appears that no fuel sending units are available from the local auto parts store anymore. that kind of befuddled me as I would have assumed that this would have been a long turn general motors Park. Does anyone knowwhere I could possibly find a fuel sending unit for this vehicle?

I'd Venture a guess these haven't been avail from the auto parts store for over a decade now. 😉

Ames Performance has several listed in their FULL-SIZE catalog, possibly one that will fit your needs.

OPGI has them for around 80 bucks with return line and 85 without and like Sprint 6 said I'm sure Ames carries them to.
