  • Welcome to Forever Pontiac

We are a community of Pontiac enthusiasts. The purpose of our community is to keep alive the Pontiac spirit by sharing (or showing off) our cars, discussing Pontiac, helping each other work on our cars and find information, plus attend various meets/shows/etc... To aid discussion, sharing, event planning and selling of parts/cars/anything, we have various parts of the website to aid this from Forums to an online Garage to Classifieds to even a Document Download Repository. You can find links to these in our navigation above based on what each section helps with (discussion, local events, learning, etc...).

We invite you to contribute, find help or just view some of our member's amazing cars! Don't forget, we also have great contests from time to time (like our Pontiac of the Month and yearly calendar contest) and our Pontiac This OR That, a fun game where you choose the best of two randomly selected Pontiacs from our online garage.

We look forward to seeing you around!

I would like to talk about Pontiac in auto racing.

For example, NASCAR. I loved the 2003 Pontiac. Unfortunately, this is the last.

What was Pontiac's reputation in the various competitions?

Not a huge Nascar fan,  but Pontiac and Nascar can't be spoken without mentioning KING Richard Petty.  He retired his legendary career in a Pontiac.   Always a fan favorite in NHRA drag racing, even well after Pontiac was put down.  It is still a huge part of Australian drag racing.  While there was always a presence in Road Racing,  I couldn't rattle off a drivers name for Pontiac.  (somebody's gonna embarrass me on this one) Now we still have Pontiac's leading the pack in STREET racing.  Street Outlaws are on TV here every Monday.:dancingpontiac:

Do you have a great (and good quality) photo of Pontianc cars in NASCAR in 2003?

I don't, but you can google "2003 Pontiac NASCAR" and select "Images". There are quite a few good photos.
