Sorry to say, it was a wash out.  With my roads all mudd and rain all morning I left my cars home.  Bought an entry for the GTO anyway to help support their charity and help cover their cost to put on the show.  Bakers is an awesome place to hold a show. Stayed til about 11am and it was still raining.  There were about 30 cars that braved the weather and they were hoping for more as the weather broke.

Thanks for the pictures anyway JUSTA.

I was talking to some club members at the club picnic yesterday that attended the show. I was told they had a total of 60 cars show up before the day was over. Yeah, I heard about the wash out. It was pouring all day in Ohio too. Both of Jacob's final two baseball games were cancelled too.

JUSTA - did you get anymore pictures of the Grand Am El Camino? I am curious to see what sort of license plate the guy has on it. It was my understanding that he bought it on a Bill of Sale meaning (in theory at least) this car is not legal on roads and highways as it has an experimental car. Yes this is one of the two G.A. El Camino study cars that Pontiac Engineering did in '79 and '80. The other one is in the Heritage Collection. This car, in theory, was supposed to have been crushed. I am not sure what the story is of how he got it away from Pontiac.

Surely caught my eye and JUSTA for the rarity, drew me in like a bug.  Wish I had more shots.  He had company info in the windows, but I was trying to keep my camera dry.  I have seen this car many times over the years, never spoke to the owner.
