Yep .. nothing worse for a car than to have to issue a recall for a serious issue when you don't have the fix ready to go. My Malibu had a similar recall for the electric power steering ... don't bother heading to the dealership to get it fixed. There's no parts yet. So what am I supposed to do with this $40k turd in my driveway that's not safe to drive? And you expect me to continue making payments on it? Big ol' middle finger at ya.
