Yeah and in other news water is wet.  People have their heads shoved so far up their cell phones it is not even funny.  Ms Notallthere and I are avid walkers for exercise and general life.  We walk everywhere in town.  We also spent 15.00 to get pederstrian light bands that flash.  People still do not see us.  I tell ya tho the joke is on them cause this body can do a whole wack of damage.

Try being in Chicago and not being a cell phone person.  I have seen multiple people step out into traffic on their phones.  No regard for their own safety.  I told the Missus if I have to do first aid I am going to be pissed.  I did scare the crap out of people by dragging my foot in front of them to get their attention as they were on their electronic leash.  The nice thing is they do stand to one side at museums and art galleries.

I won't say that I'm not attached to my phone but I don't blindly walk on it. Sit or whatever then I am. Know what you're talking about being in Boston last weekend. It used to be funny, now it's just sad

I've had two near misses in the last week.

One was a Mustang (no surprise). And the second was an old lady, in a Grand Marquis, not looking at all.

Both were around dusk timeframe and were less than a foot from hitting my wife and I.
