Thanks for the info, my family's textile mills here in North Carolina made the Nycar seat covers for Pontiac in 1955. We also wove all the upholstery and door panel fabrics for the 1956 Desoto for Chrysler. Trying to find an original Nycar to put in our hometown's textile museum. Thanks for your reply

I am looking for factory installed seat covers for 1955 Pontiac called Nycar. They came in two colors, Firegold and Turquoise Blue, to match the interior of the 1955 Star Chief Custom. Any idea where to find these ?
