So here I am, 65 years old (nearly 66) and I've never had an old Pontiac driver. I had a 67 GTO I planned to restore, sold it. Had a 67 GP, same story. Had a 50 i intended to make into a gasser. Sold it. I have a 65 GP left. (I owned all of these vehicles at the same time) I had this one sold at one time and my wife convinced me to keep it. It's for sale again, but I'm having second thoughts. I recently sold the 67 GP to a guy who had a 67 Exec. As he was describing the comfort and thrill of driving his Exec, the longing for the ride of a Widetrack Pontiac began to creep in. The dilemma, the 65 doesn't have ac. I have a 67 Exec parts car I can salvage the ac system from, but where do I find an ac dash for it? Having a console, I can't go with an underdash not that I would want to anyway.
