Hi tberg, Good to hear from someone restoring a GTO like mine. Bought mine new and it had run down quite a bit while working at the Space center. i started restoring it several years ago and have completed the chassis. was getting ready to roll it under the body when I happened to notice how bad the instument cluster is . i'm afraid I have to take the steering column back out to get to the instruments. that's where I'm at. any ideas?

How do I replace the dash cluster on my 68 GTO. do I need to take out the column?
