Hello all dont really post much but have a question for all i have a 1970 gto with 14" rally II and drum brakes all around am looking to do a front disc brake conversion on my car for better stopping power and also had a friend give me 15" rally II rims i am in thr process of restoring am looking into the firestone wide ovals as i would like to keep the car as stock as possible was wondering if anyone else are using the wide oval and would they recommend me going that route and yes i will get them as the radial version any feed back will be appreciated and please be kind thank you all in advance

Hello all thank you for all the help with my top now I have a gauge issue my fuel gauge is not working and my clock is hanging on by a thread guess it just needs to be tighten and also fixed but my kids got me a radio for fathers day with a center speaker that is another reason why I would like to remove the while cluster clean it up and fix all that needs to get fixed and make it easier for speaker and radio install if there is anyone out ther that can give me insight on the easiest way to accomplish all this with out damaging the car would be highly appreciated thank you all in advance for all the advice

  7. Yes I have the seat out and the passenger panel out the drivers side looked good the passenger side was leaking from the top by the piston but in the trunk I have what looks like a cover I guess the hide the top from the trunk area not sure how to get behind it to get to the motor
  8. Thank you very much for the info I will have to figure out how to take what looks like a cover in the trunk out so I can get to the motor you wouldn't know how to do that by any chance

Hello all so I figured out the reason for my top having issues it was one of the cylinders so I ordered one from npd yesterday and was wondering of anyone has tips on first what type of fluid I should use I was told atf was good and second how I can add the fluid and what else I need to do to make sure the top works properly once I install the cylinder and add the fluid Thank You all for any info you can give me

  12. Not sure just got it about a month ago now yesterday the top dont want to go up not sure if you know what I should be looking for the motor seems to be working I hear that not sure what to look for
