  1. This is our 1973 Bonneville that was lovingly restored over a few years. It features a 455 engine, cruise control, and ATC (Automatic Temperature Control) AC. All features are fully functional; she makes a great cruiser and routinely gathers small crowds at events as we love to retell her story from origin in Pennsylvania to her new home in Central Florida. NOTE: The photo has not been retouched.
  2. We will be installing HEI ignition and converting the "W" code 455/single exhaust to "Y" dual exhaust with some nice DynoMax UltraFlo mufflers for a deep note. Should get more horse, better gas mileage, and better throttle response without getting silly.
  3. Thanks so much; just wanted to say hello and introduce "Bonny." No, we didn't name her, she came to us that way. We will post mechanical details in the progression forum. Already a hit at the local cruise-ins and work. I took an entire day off to drive to work and give people rides for half the day. One co-worker even made a youtube vid: Disclaimer: Don't judge me for the music, he wanted 70's funk that was royalty free. I am neither a 70's cop action hero nor a porn star.
  4. Hello: We have a 1973 Bonneville 4 door sedan; W Code 455 Engine; 71K original miles; Carter Q-jet, automatic thermostat AC (being repaired as of this morning); cruise (works); nearly perfect interior. Here are a few pics from when we picked it up and how it looks after wet sanding the hood (with a friend). We are doing our own wrenching except AC, tires, exhaust, and paint/body. More photos, plans, and information will be posted in the progression sub-site. https://imgur.com/a/1QUKbwg
